Veterans Day Remembered

Thank you to all the Veterans for your service and dedication to our country.

Veterans Day or Armistice Day was started in 1919 by President Wilson. I am usually late in honoring the Veterans as you can see in my posts of 2007 and 2006. I am so happy and proud to be an American in the United States of America. Take a moment to remember and thank our Veterans.

Jo: What a neat painting, it's so unusual to this kind of background in your paintings.

Thanks, fishing guy. That is a pretty old photograph and not the best, but it is our flag and front yard. It is a little dark.
