We worked on paperwork today and afterward I sketched for a while. For the Scavenger Hunt #26, the shell, #8, is an abalone shell from Chile. When abalone are prepared correctly, they are very tasty. If not, they are very tough and tasteless. It is an interesting shell with what looks like little shells all over it. Must have been around a long time! I bought the box, #9, in South America, but on the bottom it has "bet MEX." on it. Hmmmm. It is white porcelain with dark blue trim and the ball on top is silver or pewter plated. It is crooked as it is hand made, but not as crooked as my drawing. :) These sketches are with a regular Pilot ball point pen in the Canson sketchbook.

Not as crooked as your drawing? Heh heh. :)
Excuses, excuses, right?
