I was going to paint today, but ended up working on photos of paintings and things for my show in Magdalena. I did take a photo of this painting of son, Larry. He says he wants to golf at Sawgrass but probably won't get to, so I just painted him there at Number 17 for a birthday gift. It is oil on canvas, 11 x 14 inches.
This little landscape is a pastel, 5 x 7 inches, that was photographed to prepare for framing. It is for the show in Magdalena as well. It is of a spot in the Hondo Valley in the fall. The colors are always great, I usually take a photo of the same spot. Some with cattle .. for another painting down the line. I hope.

The birthday gift was for his 32st birthday as I recall so it is only 7 years in the making. Thanks fo the Father's Day.
I guess you meant 23rd birthday, right?
