It was windy and cool yesterday when we went to PT for Gene. I took my small Canson sketchbook in but didn't take an art pen or any pen. I sketched with a mechanical pencil. I'm so messy with a pencil I move my hands all over so get graphite on my fingers and spread it all around. I started to clean it up with and eraser but then I end up doing parts of it over and you know I don't do overs. So what you get is what you get.

I'm not very neat working in pencil either. I smudge everything and spend more time cleaning up the page than I did working on it. lol
Joan, thanks, I hear you! I admire folks that work in pencil and charcoal for that reason. Odd, though, I don't feel that way about pastels, maybe they are more forgiving .. the smearing just adds texture. Ha.
