Day before yesterday we were at physical therapy for Gene. It was rainy and cooled off enough to sit in the car for a few minutes and sketch.

Number 7, tree - out the window at the Eye, Nose, Throat place in Austin for me. Ears are now clean. With a Micron 02 in the same book
Number 8, spice and Number 9, extravagant
This sketch is in the regular paper Canson sketchbook with the Micron 02. The oregano has a red lid and red on the label. The Gentleman Jack has a black lid and is a beautiful amber color. That is extravagant for a whiskey. Gene gets after me for drinking designer coffee from the Coffee Dog or wherever. I tell him that he drinks extravagant Tennessee whiskey. Evens out, right??

Nice lines on the whiskey bottle and nice lettering too! I had to zoom in and see what the sign said. Physical Therapy and ... Couldn't read that part. Hope the PT is helping.
Thank you, Joan. I think the sign has Aquatic Center on it. They have a big pool with aerobics and therapy. Hopefully the PT will help. He missed a couple of days with his back after a fall. Doing better and they will tack those days on the end.
I think designer coffee is an even trade for extravagant whiskey. Personally, I would choose the coffee, but the whiskey is lovely to look at in their fancy bottles. Maybe you should have done a watercolor to capture the color.
bag blog, I should have done color. Gene hasn't been drinking his Jack Daniels so we sent it off to son-in-law tonight.
