Number 2, rectangle - the coffee pot warmer or whatever they are sitting on. I thought it was a coffee maker but looks like a warming station for coffee made elsewhere. The upside down mug by the sink is at least 20 ounces. In the travel sketchbook with a Micron 02.
This is a crazy day. No adventures! We did do a short walk and I sketched the trees and toward the fire station. Gene had to draw blood for something different. Uneventful. Hmmmm.
The Super Regional for Texas baseball is in Greenville, N.C. Hopefully the Longhorns will win. They play at 11:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, Central time. Hopefully they will win and hit the road to Omaha. Hook 'em Horns.
Oklahoma State lost to Arkansas after hitting soooo many runs. Almost as many in the tournaments as the whole year. Texas State lost. That was heartbreaking. Too bad someone has to lose.
I've been trying to decide if I want to pay ESPN any more money to watch on TV. Texas has the Longhorn Network which is "free". To see the network you have to have a sports package with ESPN which costs us about $15 a month more. So I got ESPN+ for $6.99 more a month which is streaming for the Regionals. The Super Regional will be on ESPNU or one of the ESPN TV channels. So to watch that on TV we have to upgrade to a more expensive package about $35 more. It would only be for a month but it is the principle of the thing. At least we could stream the games with our Starlink which is also about $25 more a month than we were paying for the bad satellite ViaSat. More money, more money, more money.
Not to rant, right? All in all we are doing well.
Oh, my new pastels came, they look so pretty. Now to organize my studio and get some painting done.
