Porch Sketching

Cloudy, cool, sketching on the porch.  What could be better?  Not much.  We are getting some rain which will be good for the hot, dry summer.

The big book still has lots of empty pages so one more done.

Number 1, Plant or flower - we have some Mexican Hats, Paintbrush and dandelions.
Number 2, seasonal - hummingbirds at a new feeder Gene bought.  Cute, it has butterflies, little red crystals and bubble glass.  The hummers are coming!

The morning is cloudy.  The lakes have risen just a bit.  Fingers crossed for some more rain to fill the ponds/lakes.

The plan is to reintroduce my studio and ideas about how I think about painting.  Coming soon.....
