Window Sketching

Window, such an easy item on the list for Scavenger Hunt 620.

Not easy to sketch, but many windows, right?  I have sketched quite a few of the windows here at home and decided to go for the dining window yesterday.

Number 3, window - in the big book with the Lamy pen.

We went to the Alumni game last Saturday.  It is always fun to see the old timers. The Alumni won.  The one run was scored by Nolan Kingham, a pitcher!  It was a beautiful day, perfect to start the UT Baseball season.

Bevo made an appearance.  He doesn't come to too many baseball games.

The Alumni and the new Longhorns.

The first games are the weekend of the 14th against Rice in Houston.  We won't be going.  Never know about weather.  Reckling park doesn't have much of a roof so you can be baking in the sun or freezing.  Plus it is probably going to be a full house.

Hook 'em Horns!

Jennifer Rose, he doesn't look too comfy at being the mascot. Only been a couple of years. He went after the Georgia Bulldog last football season. Maybe just curious but he does weigh about 1200 pounds or more now I guess. They took him away when the game started. They shoot a canon when the Horns score, so best he not be right there. :-)

Jennifer Rose, yep, good to stay clear. He could just step on your toe or knock you over with a horn turning his head. Ha. Nice to see/hear from you.
