Hunting Flags

Flag or banner was on the list for Scavenger Hunt 525
http://www.wetcanvas.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1439893

I always think of the U.S. flag first and foremost.  It was still chilly this morning so I brought in Gene's trike flags.  He puts them on the back of his trike so people can see him on the road.

Number 14, flag/banner
Number 15, electric tool
and my new Pilot fountain pen in the photo.

Gene's flags are the U. S. flag, the University of New Mexico Lobos, the Texas Longhorns and Highlands University (in Las Vegas, New Mexico)

It was a pretty decent day today.  It got up to about 60 degrees.  Our Honeybee house cleaners came and then we went to the drug store.  CVS.  After that we went to get a pizza and now are just relaxing.

Tomorrow is music night.  We will go to Austin to see and listen to Byrd and Street at New World Deli.  You should check it out!

It was too cold here to look for flags to sketch. lol I think our high yesterday was about 16 without taking the wind chill into effect. We went to a holiday party in NJ and had to park in a garage and walk across the street to the building where the party was. We were all dressed like we were going to the North Pole and we were still cold. lol I'm waiting for the warmer weather that is supposed to be arriving this week. I have to go find the new list for the hunt.

Joan, It is about 50 here this morning and now I'm cold after reading your comment. Hard for me to imagine. We used to get big snows in New Mexico but dry with sunshine it didn't seem as cold. Brrrrr...
