A St. Patrick's Day sketch, but not anything Irish. For Scavenger Hunt 488
http://www.wetcanvas.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1423625
last day, I sketched in the big book with the Micron 01 and a green Prismacolor Premier. I like both pens which in reality are fine line markers. I haven't used a real pen since the fires. Maybe I should get one to try again.
Number 13, pet - Gene's robot dog, Veto, asleep at the moment standing up. Crazy dog!
Number 13 again. Seems like lately I am finishing on number 13. Strange.....
Hope you have a good St. Patrick's Day and weekend. We have baseball against Texas Tech as I mentioned and a birthday crawfish boil for Brandon. Weather is looking good. Woohoo!! Hook 'em Horns!
I am an artist that paints in pastels, with some oils, and acrylics. I sketch in pen and ink. As an artist my original paintings are influenced from living in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Bolivia, Peru and Chile, and travels throughout much of Canada and all our fifty States. This is my spot for posting paintings and sketches, to muse mostly about art, life and a little about UT Baseball.

Happy St. Patrick's Day! I didn't get to sketch anything related to the day either. I was passing an Irish biker bar on my way home and it there had been a spot to park I would have sketched the exterior view with the bikers in green shirts hanging around outside.
Joan, a missed opportunity, for sure. There were quite a few people at the ballgame in green "Texas" hats and shirts. Otherwise we didn't see any revelers!
cheap pet, prob not to buy but no vet or food bills :p
Jennifer Rose, google Chip Robot Dog. $188 or so on Amazon. He does tricks and as you say, no messes to clean, no food or vet bills. I wouldn't let Gene get a real dog and he found this one!
I've never had crawfish done great. Maybe there is such a thing, but I don't know.
Bag Blog, I like all the sides. They put corn on the cob, potatoes, mushrooms, garlic, oranges, and they get all spiced up. Nice. I like about 6 or 8 crawfish, then they start looking like scorpions and get hard to eat! I prefer them in étouffée.
