Happy Birthday, Jennie! Look Who's Forty!

Today is our daughter's, Jennie's, birthday.  We celebrated a week ago Saturday at home in Bastrop.  We will miss being with her for today and Thanksgiving.

She was worried about getting glasses now at 40.  Should be fine!

Jennie is our daughter that has our grand-dogs and is now engaged to a great guy, Brandon.  I hope they are having a super day!

Here is my post from last year to know more about Jennie.  It comes with a Crunchy Pecan Pie recipe that is a favorite in our family.  http://jocastilloartblog.blogspot.com/2013/11/thanksgiving-note.html

Happy Birthday, Jennie!

Thanks, Jennifer. Do you celebrate Canadian Thanksgiving?

Jennifer Rose Phillip said...

When we were in Canada yeah, but not here :)

Jennifer, we used to celebrate both when we were in Bolivia. Our neighbors were Canadian priests so we went to there home for Canadian celebrations and they came to ours. Lots of fun and food!
