Quick Sketching and T-Bird News

I sketched in the old sketchbook with the same old Prismacolor pen.  Out on the porch and quick as I can.

Number 5, hat and Number 6, canned food.  Is bean dip food or just a snack.  Actually it is probably pretty healthy without the chips.  Right?  These are for Scavenger Hunt 330 and I am the host this Hunt.  Come on over and sketch with us.

We went to pick up the car today.  So didn't get much done.  You remember about the T-Bird, don't you?

I found this photo we took on one of the evenings as we got to the Bugle Boy, the blue T-Bird is parked in front.

We drove to La Grange, Texas, about 30 miles, to pick it up and transfer the title.  We went to lunch with Lane and bunch from the Bugle Boy.  We had lunch at the Bistro.  Fine restaurant with really fine food.  The owner was a bit jealous that we won the car, but is happy we found his place to eat!  It is a nice place  to have dinner on the way to listen to music.

I will post the photos with the car from our day later.  The Courthouse is really beautiful and unique as all the courthouses are in Texas.  I took some photos inside while we waited and then got interested in the car and didn't take photos outside.  Will try to remember to do that when we go to La Grange the next time.

It was very pleasant waiting in this interior patio.

That is a unique Texas courthouse. Good photos.

I started a little painting; it needs lots of help.

Bag Blog, The courthouse is certainly different. They had closed in the patio and used it for storage for many years. Recently restored.

You painting in pastels or watercolor?

The courthouse is lovely. I look forward to eating at the restaurant some day.
