I've been remiss on reading my favorite blogs and posting links. Too much going on in my world, so tonight I'm catching up, well a little. These are some that you might like. Smile...
For the science fiction and digital manipulation of photo crowd, check "Art and Influence" by Armand Cabrera's post of "And Now for Something Completely Different". Interesting and he explains how to do it.
If you have been wondering how to schedule posts for a later date, it is explained here on Empty Easel. (This is not really a smile, but helpful.)
Kelly Borsheim has a post that will make you say "Ouch" for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Sorry I'm a little late, too.

Hi Jo! Thank you so much for your kind words!!! I'm so excited to browse through your blog and website, as soon as I have some time, that's number one on my list!
I love working with pastels, started to do a 'road' series, but switched to paint as I could not find a satisfying way to store my pastel work. I tend not to use a fix as I find it changes the colors a bit.
My favorite has been watercolor but have since changed to tempera. I LOVE tempera, and I love pastels, but, you know... the above issue!

Thanks, Elenka. I know how much fun it is to try all the different media. I do but always come back to pastels and pen and ink sketching!

Thank you, Sue. Evidently I spend too much time on the internet and not enough painting. I'm working on that though. This week was busy but I worked on a commission of pears. I will post about it someday. Ha.
