Time Management

I am the worst manager of time. I was checking the weather to see if I could open the house tonight and decided to look at Facebook to see about son David (He is traveling for work.) and saw a post by Maggie Stiefvater and read that. I did check the weather and need to open the house!

In the meantime, go read Maggie's post. She manages her time so well and it is not easy for her either. Great advice. She has a link to a post she wrote when she was an artist and not so much a writer. I have gotten away from some of the things she advises. For a while I only checked my e-mail twice a day. I need to do that again and put a timer on my web browsing, etc. If I do well, I will paint more and still have time to post and read blogs. Good luck to you, too!

Very timely post. The time I waste is unbelievable, even to me. Thank you Jo and I shall keep in mind Maggies wise words.

Your welcome, Sharon. This is my morning check. I decided I have to check at midday because of the studio, but that will be e-mail only, no surfing. :) Then I will limit my evening time. Hope this helps.

I remember Maggie's post on time management... some really great advice... that I meant to follow at all times - yikes! Thanks for the reminder... time for a re-read.

Good luck, Jo, and I'm not being facetious. I'm at the point where I need someone with a whip standing behind me... good advice though.

Regina, isn't that the truth? It is 1140 p.m. and I'm just opening e-mail. Sad.....
