Scavenger Hunt 163 ran from January 24 until February 1. So you see I'm a bit late with my sketches. I did a few on the road and a couple at home. They were with a Micron 005 in my regular sketchbook.

Number 1, rotates open and shut. The louvers on the heater/air conditioner in Mexico on the trip. Interesting, the louvers could be angled for best circulation and on "Turbo" they opened all the way and closed to move the air directly down by the bathroom and out into the room directly. It didn't seem to be quite powerful enough for the huge room with marble floors. A little chilly there. Number 2 was shoelaces, on my black shoes.

Number 3, landscape. These were some buildings over a cinder block fence from the checkpoint when we turned in our permit on the car.

Number 4, beverage - water. Terrible sketch. I should have used an opaque liquid like milk. It was confusing with all the lines on the glass and the clear water lines, too. Ah, well. And number 5, garbage can. This is the box Gene made for me. It doubles as a bench to sit on in our small kitchen. Open you find the recycle (full) and the trash (empty).
