I forgot it was Canadian Thanksgiving today. It is late now. Sorry. Hope you all had a fantastic day!!! Lots of family and food.
I hope Papi Jim is doing well and all of you that I blog and have fun with on wetcanvas.
We used to celebrate Canadian Thanksgiving with Papi Jim and Nino in Bolivia. Then they would come over and celebrate our Thanksgiving with us. I miss that!

Johanne, you are most welcome. Papi Nino fixed us "pickled baby/tiny eels" as his favorite appetizer on one of the Thanksgivings. He was Italian/Canadian so maybe that was an old family recipe. I preferred the standard turkey and fixings. Papi Jim went for standard as well. Ha. It was nice celebrating with them twice in the fall.
