Hunting Sketches for #116

A long day today, productive. I finished the painting, worked on my web page, did some sketches for the Scavenger Hunt, etc. Just a short post, it is the third today, right?

For Scavenger Hunt 116, number 2, color of eyes - blue and number 3, age in small things. Both done with a Lamy pen in just a few minutes.



Also number 4, something that represents your country - passport and number 5, art or craft work in your home - a carved wooden statue. It looks like a man and a cactus from two sides and from the other two it looks like a donkey and cactus. It is hard to figure out how the artist did it. It is three dimensional with many cuts. It is about 4 inches square and 10 inches high. Joanna gave these to Gene, there are three carvings. One of the others is an eagle and an Indian with headdress and peace pipe. The third is a dragon and an oriental man in a hat. Very beautiful and interesting.
