Mr. Chinchilla Interview and a new artist blog

A few days ago the fishing guy (this blog streams country music if your speakers are up loud) recommended me for an interview with Mr. Chinchilla. Hmmm. I had no idea what to expect or why I would do it, but you know me. I can't say no.

You can read the interview here, sort of like being tagged!

I was checking Mr. Chinchilla's blog again for linking here and found his post on January 16. He points to Jennifer Rae Atkins, artist. She has taken on a monumental exercise of drawing all the mammals, one a day. She figures it will take 14 years. She drew 24 mamals in just over 26 hours in December. Wow. Her drawings are researched and great. Is that ambitious or what?

Thanks, Jo, for doing the interview! And thanks, Fishing Guy, for the suggestion, too!

For whatever reason, I often find myself interviewing artists. I can't draw for beans, and I really dig your paintings, Jo!

Mr. Chinchilla, it was fun. You interview a wide variety of people and find interesting things. I will be following along your blog, now. :)
