Number 1, Embroidery. I couldn't think of anything in my house that has embroidery, then remembered these pillowcases that were a gift that I have never used. Watercolor pencils.

Number 2, Window coverings. Blinds in the living room while watching TV and number 3, light switch on the lamp. ZIG Millennium pen. Both in the generic sketchbook. About half an hour to forty-five minutes for both.

I like the window/lamp sketch.
Your comment about not being able to think of anything with embroidery in your house made me laugh...thinking that was preposterous. And, then I started thinking about my house and I can't even think of any unused pillow cases! Perhaps we're related or something.
Pretty funny .. no embroidery. Actually there is an old metal trunk with "sewing" stuff under the house. I have a bridge table cloth and napkins with simple flowers in the corners. I started embroidering in the late sisties or so, before I ever thought of bridge. It is all finished except the leaves on the napkins I think. Any sewing is not my idea of fun.

Hi, Jo!
I've enjoyed your blog, and I hope you don't mind that I've added a link to it from mine.
As I said on WC, I'm so impressed with how courageous you are to sketch in ink. I love that blinds sketch!
:)
Monica, thanks so much. I do keep working on my sketching. I returned the link. :) You do great sketching as well and live in a spot we really enjoy visiting. Maybe one day.....
