The Honest Lawyers are at end of the block, right at the Pine Street intersection south of Chestnut. Please wander south from the Bastrop Fine Arts Guild, 1005 Main Street, where I always have a few paintings.. You shoud go to Art Connections at 705 F Pine Street anyway to see Deborah Johnson’s paintings and more in her gallery and visit with her and/or Judy Hawes there. Judy makes the beautiful jewelry that I had in my gallery and paints, too. Deborah organizes the artists for the art walk.
I will have paintings and a few of my items from my cafepress store. It will be a nice time to visit and start working on your Christmas gift list. The weather has been so agreeable in the evenings, perfect for walking the streets and seeing the art. I don't take part in outside events much anymore so it is an opportune time to see more of my art at one time.
The art galleries are open and the different businesses are sponsoring artists. Restaurants are open with some live music up and down the street. The First Friday Art Walk is becoming an event you don’t want to miss. Put it on your calendar and see you there!

The Art Walk sounds fun. Duncan had something like this a few years ago, but it was a cold rainy day and did not do well. I hope you have a beautiful day.
They have had First Friday for the galleries for about two years and started the art walk with the stores about a year ago. Some of the business locations are very good and some not. We shall see. First time I have done it.
It's getting bigger and bigger every month, and is really catching on! I'm glad to be able to attend this month, we were supposed to be in NYC all this week.
