I sketched for Scavenger Hunt 291 over the last few days. The Hunts come and go before I know it. I sketched on my iPad with fingers and the Brushes app. I have wonky fingers evidently. The passport I did with pen and ink in a sketchbook. I sketch freehand and on the iPad, I use the "undo" as little as possible to keep the drawing as a sketch.
Here they are for the record:
Number 1, trailer - you get two for the price of one.
Number 2, travel - have sketched this before.
Number 3, sieve - my colander, stainless steel.
Number 4, naval - no shipyard or navy stuff around here.
May not see you before Thanksgiving, so I hope you have a great one. We will have a houseful and it will be great. I will post about that a bit later today.
I am a painter working in pastels, with some oils, and acrylics. I sketch in pen and ink. As an artist my original paintings are influenced from living in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Bolivia, Peru and Chile, and travels throughout much of Canada and forty-nine of our fifty States. This is my spot for posting paintings and sketches, to muse mostly about art and a little about golf and UT Baseball.

Pretty nice Ipad sketches.
Like. Fun with perspectives on the colander again. :-) The passport is my fave. Very clever on the "naval" thing. Heh.
Bag Blog, thank you. It is fun to play with the iPad, not sure if it helps me, but I do think differently and that is always good.
Joanna, thank you. I of course can do perspective a bit better if I erase and "undo" but I try not to do that on the iPad like I do with ink. Maybe I will try one with some correcting and see if it doesn't look better. It may not!! Ha.
