Some of the family have regifted some items to us as well. :) Those things under the paintings are the little pieces of rock/glass that you and Larry made with copper wire to hang in the trees. However we don't have any trees where we can see them so I hung them in the dining room where I can enjoy them! Thank you!Jo Castillohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00411430042547033972noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29792638.post-28449339161239881852013-10-10T12:45:59.849-05:002013-10-10T12:45:59.849-05:00Nice sketches, Jo, especially the hand with the pi...Nice sketches, Jo, especially the hand with the pin! The Spaniards sent Peruvian artists to Spain to be trained in the old masters ways. They then added their own touches. :) Supposedly no one noticed the Last Supper before it was unveiled to the public. And it is still there. Hey, his English was pretty good. Anyway, while we were in some church, he pointed out a design on a wall and said, "That is Incas! Not Catholic!" He said it with such indignation and kept repeating it over and over to make sure we got it. I wanted to laugh, but knew that was not the right response.Bag Bloghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01885412195900280096noreply@blogger.com
