Sneaky Fly

Hand comes up as an item in the Scavenger Hunts fairly often.  I've sketched so many that it is almost a given that I would sketch one.  I sometimes do it anyway to show size of another item, like the robot ball the other day.

I sketched in the big book with a Micron 01.  I took the book out to the porch to get good light on the sketch.  A small fly sneaked into the photo.  It almost looks like that was part of the sketch.  I just had to use that photo.

We were up early several days in the last couple of weeks with Gene's battery installation and getting it turned on.  Seems to have worked, improvement on the left side in fluidity right away.  When his meds kick back in and the chest heals in a couple of months he should be much more mobile.  Yay!

This was the sunrise from a few days ago.  Makes me smile.....

Progress is always good.....life's little miracles.
