The big books looks over a third full. I haven't counted the pages lately. I continue to sketch in it. There are a few repeats, but I try to keep the sketches different.

Here are my final sketches:
Number 14, hat - Gene's new hat he picked up at the Vietnam Memorial with the tag still on it like Minnie Pearl. Of course it hasn't been worn and I imagine he will remove the tag.
Number 15, imperfect - a nectarine and pear that are over ripe. Into the trash they go. We can't compost here because of racoons and bears. It would be nice to put them out for the birds and small animals.

nah he should keep the tag on, start a fashion trend ;p
ReplyDeleteWe used to laugh at Toby's mom for having over-ripe fruit. She would pack it up and try to send it home with us. We usually took it and threw it away. Now we have over-ripe fruit of our own.
ReplyDeleteJennifer Rose, he might just do that! He is a bit contrary and likes the flag!
ReplyDeleteBag Blog, we always hang on to the fruit and end up throwing it away. At home we feed the bird and small pests. Here we have to put it in the garbage for the bears. Haven't seen any bears this year.
