Lies, Hot Air (balloons) and Sketches with Photos

Well, I lied.  My next post is not about the IAPS.  I have not had time for that.  At any rate I sketched this morning out back.  Beautiful start to the day.

It was clear and about sixty-two degrees out, soon to be one hundred.  For Scavenger Hunt 318, Number 1 - travel.  Gene's sister's RV and a balloon passing by.

Sketched in the regular sketchbook with the same Prismacolor pen.

Here is the scene in real life and another hot air balloon landing shortly after I finished sketching.  I saw five balloons.  My coffee tasted so good, today.  Thanks, Gene.

    Balloons are fun to watch, except when they land in the pasture next to yours and your horses run through the fence. Who knew the balloons were so loud?

    Balloons are hard to control, evidently. :). Fun to see and more here than most places. You see this one was landing in a ditch., uh, arroyo.
